What guests loved:
Excellent room, very comfortable and spacious by NYC standards. Clean modern and more than fit for purpose. Bed was very comfortable and Chelsea was a great place to stay, close to all the action and...
Areas for improvement:
Not much. On day 2 our room hadn't been serviced at 4.30 when we came back but the attendant did a top n tail in record time. Minor inconvenience.
