What guests loved:
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Good climate control and quality TV. Elevators are quick unlike many other NYC hotels.
Areas for improvement:
The bar area could definitely use a makeover. Couches are tattered and the tables were sticky.
